Anorexia, constipation, diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, gastritis, dizziness, drowsiness, insomnia, anxiety, fatigue, cramps, tremors, hyperhydrosis, xerostomia, weight loss, dysurea, flushing, blurred vision, acne vulgaris, pruritus of skin, skin rash, alopecia, dry mouth, decreased appetite, somnolence, increased sweating, disorder of ejaculation, orgasm disorder.


Major depressive disorders.
Moderate to severe stress urinary incontinence in women.
Diabetic neuropathy.

Contra Indications

Narrow angle glaucoma, severe hepatic disease, suicidal ideation, bipolar disorders, epilepsy, hypertension.
